Payments must be made in U.S. Dollars (USD).
Subscription or service fees are billed according to the plan selected.

4. Client Responsibilities
Provide accurate and timely information required for video editing and content creation.
Ensure all materials submitted (video, audio, images, text) comply with copyright laws.
You are responsible for securing necessary permissions for any third-party content you provide.
5. Intellectual Property
All proprietary content, tools, and processes of the Content Continuum System™ are owned by AHASNAT LLC.
Clients retain ownership of their raw materials and final videos created for them.
You may not copy, resell, or redistribute our methods, training materials, or systems without written consent.
6. No Guarantees & Earnings Disclaimer
AHASNAT LLC does not guarantee results, business growth, or income. Outcomes depend on many factors outside our control.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AHASNAT LLC will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of our Services.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate Services if you violate these Terms, misuse content, or fail to make payments.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in courts located in Austin, Texas.
